Mini fish cakes with hidden veg

Method

   Mix the flaked fish, potato, carrot, peas and egg.

   Shape into small cakes about 5 cm wide.

   Fry in a little oil over medium heat for 3 minutes per side until golden.3 min

   Cool slightly and serve with cucumber sticks.
